Love this so much!

We've been drinking this for over a year now, and love to have it every other night or so. I've found it calms my mind and helps me have a deeper sleep - well, according to my FitBit any way!

Love this, I've recently started experiencing issues with sleep and don't want to get stuck on something like melatonin. This such a nice drink to have before bed and I feel like I'm achieving a more restful sleep.
